Attempts of Fighting Bankruptcy Fraud

By Hellen

Even though the laws are pretty tough, bankruptcy fraud is still committed, and not only in the United States of America, but all over the world as well. For some people, it became a business model. This is something that they do to earn a living. Being able to estimate the costs of running these never ending processes in federal courts is something that you must be able to do if you want to go for something like this (which I don’t recommend). Fighting bankruptcy fraud is getting harder and harder day by day, even if new information appear and new technologies of busting people who are doing this on purpose are developed. It is quite difficult to establish a visible black line between situational bankruptcies and the ones who are done intentionally, also called planned bankruptcies.

Attempts to stand still against these white collar crimes are being done each and every second by the governments of various developed countries all over the world. However, the percentage of the success rate is quite low and people should be aware of something like this. It happens because we, simple citizens, stopped trusting the authorities who are making the laws and running everything. If people would have been eager to cooperate more and report that cases of intentional bankruptcy fraud, the discovery rate of these, even if it reached the court would have easily grown by 20% at least. However, this is not meant to happen.

Bribery also represents an issue which honest people are trying to fight, but due to the fact that it has been practiced even starting with ancient times, it is being done right now as well. Human greed is extremely hard to combat and to fight against. We are living on a planet where everyone is trying to do everything possible to gain more riches and to stay away from the hard working background that the system has to offer. People are sick and tired of everything that they are made to do and they seek other opportunities to earn their living. Even if this sounds a little bit absurd, but as we stated in the first paragraph of this post, others even made doing bankruptcy fraud, from different names, countries, companies, accounts and assets and model of business.

I had the chance to study bankruptcy fraud because my ex husband used to work for IRS for some years. It is simply unbelievable how this might turn in the long run. A few such criminal schemes done accurately and attentively can make you retire quite early. Sure thing, that after taking a look in all the existing files and reports I haven’t managed to discover a lot of these cases, but nevertheless, something like this is possible. This is probably the dream of those who are trying to perfectly commit these white collar crimes and try to get out as clean as possible, like nothing ever happened. Usually, these operations aren’t made by people who have no clue about business, finances and the laws of the state. You cannot expect this from the average citizen Joe. Certain well informed attorneys, people who used to work for various state authorities in the past and know the backdoor of the system are able to go for something like this.

Please remember that this is my personal opinion. I have the right to expose myself freely and no one can stop me from doing so because United States of America is a democracy and we are free to express ourselves, especially on the internet. Nowadays more and more citizens of US are trying to change something in their lives, but are affected by such cases of huge bankruptcies which are influencing the life of those honest tax payers. Do not underestimate the potential of the negative influences that these actions can have on the federal budget. If they decided that it should be punished by the law than it means that there is something wrong here at the middle. Anyways, my recommendation is to stay away from such practices because sooner or later you are going to get caught. This is how the laws of the Universe work if you don’t know how to make the equilibrium.

Even if there are plenty of attempts of fighting bankruptcy fraud, if citizens aren’t going to get involved with reporting some suspicious actions, it is still going to continue to be a game of catch me if you can.
